Activated Ministries provides inspirational materials worldwide that
feed the spirit, heal hearts, cleanse the mind and preach the gospel of love. Do you feed your
body but starve your soul?
"Thanks to the generous donation of books we received from Activated Ministries in April 2011 we were able to bring educational and inspirational books to Native Indian communities of the State of Oaxaca in Mexico, impoverished rural areas of the State of Hidalgo in Mexico, institutions in Mexico City, 3 orphanages, 1 hospital, a refuge for battered and destitute women and a group of child burn victims."
"The 50-60 residents, caretakers, and sisters in the home for the elderly were very happy to receive the much needed assistance. We could tell by the smile on each one’s face that they were uplifted by our visit and thankful, not only for the donated items, but for the time that we spent with them, as visitors are few and far between."
"Many people helped us make this project a success on such short notice. One of our friends offered to rent us her villa in Karuizawa, so we decided to host a summer English camp there. Activated Ministries generously sponsored the rent of the villa and also food for most of the meals during the camp. Another friend offered to drive the microbus, which we also got to rent for a discount. With the help from many people, we planned a fun and lively program for the camp."
"The adventure began when we left Pretoria, South Africa, in a convoy of 7 vehicles, 4 trailers, and 28 people who love Jesus enough to go out to preach the gospel to the 'uttermost parts of the earth!' The ends of the earth is certainly how it felt when we reached the end of the tarred road in the southwestern part of Zambia, and traveled on dirt roads that were not even charted on the GPS maps used by 4x4 enthusiasts in Southern Africa."
Volunteers have joined forces with Activated Ministries to distribute books, CDs, and motivational calendars in the Hospital de Base, in Brasilia. The goal of the project “O Amor Cura!” (Love Heals) is to create a positive environment for patients who, due to their illnesses, must be separated from their families for prolonged periods.
